The most common question I’m asked as a wedding photographer in the North West of England is ‘what about if it rains?’ And my response is always the same - we live in Manchester, it’s bound to! So if, during the process of planning your Manchester wedding, this is a concern then I’ll always say that assume it will. Assume it will rain and then, when we have our brief spells of glorious weather and the sun shines down, consider it a bonus.

The lovely Candy emailed me about her upcoming West Tower wedding early last year. She and fiance Matt were pulling out all the stops to plans the most epically entertaining West Tower wedding of their dreams, complete with live goldfish centrepieces, a silhouette artist, balloon modelling, a magician, casino tables and the piece de resistance: a breathtaking performance by a pair of fire dancers!
