We were lucky enough to have Kate photograph our wedding in July. From our initial consultation to the wedding day itself, Kate has been absolutely amazing. Kate, is such a lovely, friendly and calm person, and we knew from our first conversation with Kate, that she was the photographer for us. Kate helped so much on the day itself, with dress issues, buttonhole placement, organising guests and so much more. We are not natural in front of the camera and usually don’t like having our photo taken. However, Kate put us at ease, provided gentle direction, and made the whole photograph experience fun and enjoyable - which is something I never thought I would say! Well what can we say about Kate, that has not been said by the couples in the other reviews who have been lucky enough to have Kate capture their wedding. Kate was more than just our photographer, she was a friend, a listening ear, a helpful hand, bringing so much energy, reassurance, laughter and more importantly love to our special day. WHAT A WOMAN!. From the moment we met her during covid through video call, I knew she was the "one", the love she has for her work, the joy she gets from Wedding's shone through and most importantly how lovely is, her aura is unmatched. Meeting her for our pre wedding shoot in the Northern Quarter, she made me and my now Husband feel so at ease. Our Festival themed Wedding photographs are simply beautiful, every little detail is just magical. Our friends and family also adored Kate and commented on how cool and fabulous she was! You could not help but feel like she was one of us! Thank you would never ever be enough! The gorgeous blog post about our day, the attention to detail in the beautiful photography package sent with our USB and extremely thoughtful gifts from floral seeds, sample photographs, badges. We adore our photographs capturing our relaxed, colourful day and highly recommend Kate. We will definitely be coming back for more photographs into the future.

Kate was, without doubt, the star of the show on our wedding day. From the moment she arrived at the venue she brought about a sense of calm, and she was on hand to assist when we ran into some troubles with the wedding dress mere moments before the ceremony. Kate has an amazing knack for being right in the heart of the action without you even realising she is there. She captured so many authentic moments which will be treasured forever. Less than 24 hours after she had left the building, Kate sent over the link to the blog with the photo previews. It was so lovely to be able to look at these so soon after the day. The final photos were delivered within 6 weeks, and the personal touch to the delivery was so appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend Kate to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. Of all the suppliers we encountered on the weird and wonderful journey that is wedding planning she was by far the most genuine, kind and caring. Kate, we cannot thank you enough. Kate went above and beyond on our wedding day! She was amazing and bought so much more to the day than just her gorgeous photography skills! From the moment she arrived in the morning she was so helpful and this continued throughout the whole day and she ended up being pivotal in the smooth running of our day. So many guests commented on what a great impact she made on the day. She was a pleasure to have with us and is so friendly and a calming force within all the craziness. We felt like we were in a great pair of hands! The whole experience with Kate was so easy, before booking we had a zoom call to talk through what she offered and she was so friendly. We then had an engagement shoot which was great to properly meet Kate in person before the day and go through the plan. We received our sneak peek in less than 12 hours after our wedding! We went down to our caravan in the beautiful Llyn peninsular and watched the slide show (as instructed) first, with a bottle of champagne, a wedding gift from the wedding. We were both blown away by it, Andy was welling up with tears in his eyes, he's definitely a softie! We then looked through all the photographs and it was joyous! I have obviously seen your other work and Instagram posts, but what you captured from our wedding was beyond all expectations. It took us right back to the day and you captured every moment, I'm not quite sure how you did it! You captured the atmosphere of the wedding perfectly, the laughter, friendship and love which were the themes of the day, they sing from every photo, we love them. I compiled a list of favourites, it was almost impossible but tried to be strict, I picked 167 definite, I love them photos! Thank you so much for your genius vision (I love the one of us against the green hedge and blue sky), and for capturing our very special day in such a loving, clever and thoughtful way.

So after much postponement and originally not able to have Kate shoot our wedding because of another wedding booked prior elsewhere, we finally got married October 2021 and Kate was able to be our photographer. I don’t know the words to describe how incredibly talented this lady is, and how much of a gorgeous human being she is. We met Kate in July for our pre-wedding shoot (of which I was skeptical as I hate posing for photographs), but she instantly put us at ease. It was like meeting an old friend. Hardly noticed her taking the photos and made us so excited for the day. Which came around, I had Kate with me and our second shooter was with my husband. Kate just slotted in. She captured moments I didn’t even notice happen. She captured the emotion, the quiet, the excitement and the conversation. She directed us when we had no idea what to do next, and made us stick to the timeline so that we were ready. She never imposed herself, she never ‘got in the way’, we barely noticed her there (in the nicest possible way) and she just got photos that we will honestly treasure forever. She’s a total boss babe and you need her at your wedding.

After our first Skype chat with Kate, we both immediately knew she was the one for us (added bonus that Kate had eloped herself and really understood our vision for the day) Kate made us feel special throughout the whole process, despite our wedding being super small and laid back, we really felt we were given a service above and beyond. Kate was so friendly, knowledgeable and made lots of helpful suggestions. We met her a few weeks before our big day to go through the last bits and meet face to face which was so lovely and made us feel a lot more at ease. On the day of our wedding, Kate helped me into my dress, drove us to our venue and then again drove us round some of our favourite spots in the lakes to take our pictures. Kate worked really hard in ensuring we had our sneak peak that evening to allow us to share some pictures with our families and she also respected our privacy and didn’t put any photos online until we had told everyone. You may think this is where Kate’s duties ended...but in fact she took my bridal bouquet home with her and kept it at her house in water for me to pick up from her home after our mini break to France so that I could take back home with me to keep forever (and show my Mum.) We can’t recommend Kate enough, she is a highly talented photographer, all round lovely person and a joy to have around. Our wedding pictures are absolutely beautiful and we are so thrilled with them. They captured us and the day perfectly. If you are thinking of hiring Kate, go for it, you will not regret it!
